How to Order your souvenir in Temansouvenir.com

1. Go browse the product (souvenir) you wanted in our website
2. Contact Us & Let us know the product you want. Give the details regarding the souvenir , quantity of the souvenir, logo or any design that need to be printed on the souvenir, any other details such as product color, etc. (Contact by phone is preferred in order to minimized miscommunication, any written detail such as logo, or special request can be emailed)

3. After we capture & confirm your order, we will seal the deal with the customer by discussing the payment process whether it will be cash on delivery, down payment, etc
4. Customer need to confirm the following details product color, correctness of the logo, logo color, logo placement in the product and any others request with our team (Note : we will only provide the logo printing in the product. we do not provide any logo design service. the logo is provided by the customer)
5. after all the details is confirmed, we will proceed to the production process (logo printing in the product). Sample will be provided to the customer before we proceed to the mass production.
6. Upon the completion of the production, the product will be delivered to the customer

Cara melakukan pemesanan pada Temansouvenir.com

1. Pilih jenis souvenir yang anda inginkan pada website kami
2. Hubungi Kami & berikan informasi mengenai souvenir, kuantitas souvenir, logo atau desain yang perlu dicetak pada souvenir dan seluruh rincian lainnya seperti warna produk, dll (Hubungi kami melalui telepon untuk mengurangi mis-komunikasi, rincian seperti logo, atau permintaan khusus dapat dikirim melalui email)

3. Setelah kami mencatat & mengkonfirmasi pesanan Anda, kami dan pelanggan akan menenukan metode pembayaran yang diinginkan (cash on delivery, uang muka, dll)
4. Pelanggan perlu mengkonfirmasi rincian berupa warna berikut produk, ketepatan logo, warna logo, penempatan logo di produk dan lain-lain kepada tim kami (Catatan: Kami hanya melayani jasa pencetakan logo.Kami tidak menyediakan jasa mendesain logo. logo disediakan oleh pelanggan)
5. setelah semua rincian dikonfirmasi, kami akan melanjutkan ke proses produksi (logo pencetakan dalam produk). Sampel akan diberikan kepada pelanggan sebelum kita melanjutkan ke produksi masal.
6. Setelah selesai produksi, produk akan dikirimkan ke pelanggan
